The saga of program management being a pain in my ass continues.  It's been six months and it's amazing how in my many years at my company at multiple locations I have never encountered as much micromanagement, condescending behavior, and ageism/sexism.  It's one of those episodes in your life where you know it will end but not sure how it will end... Perhaps I may be out of a job.  But for more than a dozen instances, I have wanted to report both my counterpart and his boss to HR.  Unfortunately the reality of corporate America is that there isn't much we can do.  HR is more of something that protects the company instead of the employees.  Sad story.  It's a daily episode for me...
